One of my to velux windows where damaged which was discovered as we started fitting. I contacted yourself and was very pleased with the swift response and turnaround in receiving a replacement, however the delivery of the original order could of been better due to the fact the diver was very unresponsive and didn’t seem to any pride in his work hence possibly the damage to the window??? On returning the damaged velux the diver would not take it away because it was not on a pallet although it didn’t arrive on a pallet this was very frustrating. But all in all very good company to deal with thank you
