While I was happy with the choice and delivery time line there was an issue with one window which didn\'t come to light until after fitting. There was a part missing which was the suppliers fault but you passed me a website to contact Velux to deal with, Three E Mails and three days later they E Mailed back - after I had called their customer services land line.

It said my Velux blind was smart home compatible. It didn\'t say that I would need to purchase a separete hub to make the connection.
Hello It would be great if you emailed an invoice with order confirmation, I often have to chase one (not only from you!) whilst doing accounts and then don\'t have it when needed and have to wait for one to be sent later.... I always wonder why this happens with online orders ?
