The product is great but it was 100kg and no way should it be delivered by only one person. I had to help carry it and it was almost too heavy for two of us.

Delivery date was given at point order and ignored. Delivery was made on the default date given to me. When delivery came, DX left all packages outside my house for all to see. Not good.
Called to have velux delivered to a different address well before delivery date. Customer Service refused to change. Then said they would help. Then didn\'t bother. Thanks
The web site is not always clear where to shop & when chosen your product it then details a code with description of item, electric, painted but no size. Then you order your not confident you have the correct size?
