Great service when we went to implement and Adam as still as responsive as he has always been. He is always friendly and approachable and stays up to date with NPS trends.

Absolutely have loved working with Genroe & the CustomerGauge team. They have been very supportive, above and beyond compared to any other business I have ever worked with. We've considered Adam Ramshaw as someone where it would always feel like we are his number 1 priority, with his availability and solutions second to none.

The Customer Gauge platform is great, it enables us to manage our NPS across the whole business.

I am very happy with the tool and CG has played an important role in our CX improvements since 2016. Since 2018, I took up the role as Customer Success Specialist and hoped the CSM would act more as a partner in my start-up period. I do think he did his best and also him being in the US did not help with the time difference.
