The CustomerGauge Team and Product has been extremely valuable to our business. it's simplified surveying format allows us to take precise action on our most important business functions. The Text analytics package may need to work out some bugs, but overall, we're happy with CG.

We are satisfied with the CG tool, it delivers to our needs, keeps improving and adds features that might be valuable for our future CX strategy. An admin improvement that I appreciate much is the ability to Anonymize and Delete records myself. CG has shown also to be a thought leader with AX strategy. Also the Marketing mails from Cvetilena are much appreciated , like the last with prepared templates. She also did a great work on the Monetize congress in Amsterdam. Elisabeth our CSM, is still junior in experience, but makes up in willingness to help. This year we started to use CG more in our CX strategy and started to lean highly on the tool. This means, we also created more support tickets, that were mostly follow-up to satisfaction. As improvement point, I would give that during for us important moments, I wasn’t always satisfied with turnaround time of the support and CSM, and had to chase a few times. We are in general a low touch customer, but expect that on for us important moments the ‘engagement touch’ model is adapted to this.

The team is very responsive and have helped me navigate reporting, walked me through best practices via video conferencing and are personable. That's hard to find and i'm happy for such support!

I have said this many times, we are treated like we are the most important customer that Customer Gauge has. When it is important to us, it is important to Customer Gauge!

We have been dealing with CG for some years now and have had a number of contacts there. However, each Customer Success Manager we have had has been overwhelmingly helpful and supportive. The platform is generally excellent and easy to use. I would not hesitate to recommend Customer Gauge to others.

Dave is been great on supporting us - we have so many different surveys and he has the patience to walk us through with the million questions we have! Thanks, Dave!!! I would say that the only improvement I see now is on the Customer Gauge tool - it would be great to be able to restrict filters for different users and also to have a restriction depending on the number of responses for non-anonymous surveys - for example, in case we have less than 7 responses the data is not visible to avoid breaking the confidentiality of the anonymous survey. We have been discussin this with Dave, so he can give more insights if needed!
