Dave is been great on supporting us - we have so many different surveys and he has the patience to walk us through with the million questions we have! Thanks, Dave!!! I would say that the only improvement I see now is on the Customer Gauge tool - it would be great to be able to restrict filters for different users and also to have a restriction depending on the number of responses for non-anonymous surveys - for example, in case we have less than 7 responses the data is not visible to avoid breaking the confidentiality of the anonymous survey. We have been discussin this with Dave, so he can give more insights if needed!
