Cartoon style fitting instructions were not adequately accurate to ensure correct fitting without to multiple recourse to customer services (who were very helpful). Specific instructions such as "ensure that the grey plastic runners fit into the thin gap in the side of the aluminium sliders and that the string runs cleanly within this space also"

The quality of the blackout blind is very poor, the runner doesn’t stay in the groove when opening the blind and crumples the wafer thin blind.

My two items which were complimentary were not shipped together. I had to contact Velux and ask where my second item was. That promted some e-mails and a second separate shipment. Very poor service for a company which has been around for along time. Of course there was no apology for their mistake!

Customer agent told me we need to reset the roof windows which we didn’t so he cost an unnecessary £300 for your installers to come round and transfer the data from the faulty device to the new one. The agent also did not mention the belts app which was shown to me by the installers. All in all a terrible customer agent service.

The packaging and despatch section only had 10% of the address on the label. We were very lucky to receive the order as the delivery driver went out of his way to discover who the order was for.
