I was told blinds to be delivered Tuesday.I waited in all day. No delivery.No track and trace. No phone call to tell me of delivery . Telephoned Velux today.Spoke to Katz. Nice lady but did not seem to be in a position to help.So I am still waiting with no idea of when blinds due to be delivered.. Dreadful customer service M Leonard

Despite ordering an off the shelf KIG300 unit along with my blinds, I have had no communication regarding the delivery of the KIG. I have already contacted customer service and still received no reply.

How can I do a survey when I have not had the blind delivered yet? This survey, the second one to be sent, is too early!

Arrived early, and so easy to install. I had previously tried to order a slightly cheaper alternative from a blinds company and it was absolute rubbish!! This was a breeze by comparison. Thank you!!

My blinds arrived after a week of waiting, and the window attachments arrived almost a week later. Why could they not be shipped quicker and at the same time? When I started to fit the blinds I realised I was still missing part of my order.

My blind and controller are no paired, I have really struggled to find the relevant instruction's or video to work out how to pair.
