I found the service excellent and was impressed to have a call-back on Friday afternoon despite this being out of normal contact hours. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful.
The instructions were incomplete. It’s dead easy to install Velux blind but not so easy to replace one, ie taking the old one out. Thank God for amateur DIY videos on YouTube!

Fitting the blind was easy BUT only when I had worked out how, which took me over an hour. Neither the paper instructions nor the online videos are sufficiently detailed to show exactly where the blind should be fitted. This would be so easy to improve.
Really good service and delivery. Have one query - is there any way to best recycle the old Velux blinds that these are replacing?
