I’d never ever order from Velux again, nor will I recommend them only because there’s no option in regards to delivery company and of the disgusting way I’ve been treated with delivery.

I was very impressed by your staff; once I realized that I needed new fittings for my 30-year old windows, they were supplied gratis and everything then fitted accurately. I hope my new blind last as long as the previous one.
I was worried as it was a very old window! The first upright was a bit of a problem - the wood frame didn\'t allow screw penetration until I drilled pilot holes, but that was OK. Might be something to include on the instruction sheet. Otherwise it was fine. Good product .
Blackout blind is a well-designed product that is very easy to fit given the clear instructions.
