My blind came on time (from France). The brackets I ordered at the same time didn,t come with the blind but arrived 2 days later from somewhere in the UK. They are now surplus to requirements as the fitter used the old ones so it could be put up. When the brackets are ordered why can,t they be sent straight away, rather than wait the 2/3 weeks after ordering, so that they are with the customer for when the blind arrives? 2 small plastic pieces and screws sent by parcel delivery courier! Could be sent via Royal Mail and posted through letter box. Customer service couldn’t care less that I now have brackets that are no use to me, and money wasted.
One of the side guides was scuffed & scratched. Suggest a peel off protective film is added to the packaging.
Our last ones lasted 12years, so if these last the same they will also be value for money
After accidentally clicking the wrong code UK4 instead of UK04 the blind is wrong and you won’t swap it because it’s already been installed
