My blinds were actually delivered a couple of days earlier than expected (although I did receive an email with the tracking number, the Parcelforce links on the email which would normally allow me to reschedule didn\'t work), meaning I had to change my plans that day. Not the end of the world for me personally, but the embedded hyperlinks in your email template need checking and updating to avoid this happening to other customers. Blinds themselves are excellent. It may be worth considering having instructions as to how to remove existing Velux blinds, my new blinds were a replacement for an existing Velux set which had been installed by a previous owner, I managed to work it out by comparing the new blinds to the old ones to see where mounting lugs etc were, but a removal guide may be handy for some people.
