There was NO tracking but it came before 2 weeks and u just happened to be in. But otherwise great product, no complaints

As these were replacement Velux Black Out blinds, I expected the same quality and functionality. However unlike my last pair, the light is leaking at the sides. I think the side bars are far to narrow.

Brilliant string repair kit. Design of product is so good it allowed strip down and repair by replacement of worn out parts after 16 years of regular service of the vertical blinds. Good stock of old model parts. YouTube video very helpfulnso that 65 year old female did the repair/replacement! Customer contact at the telephone service centre second to none.
