The box was containing the Velux was very damaged,and the delivery driver wouldn\'t help my wife to lift the Velux onto my front porch.
Price seems extortionate in comparison to what I believe to be the same Blinds on Amazon (30%+) Hard to get the correct blinds using the codes in the window units. So to be safe I went direct to you. In hind sight I still don’t know? I believe you are blocking my reply as impossible to input name!
Your customer service was outstanding when I called to say my dog had eaten the fixings clips which had only been delivered less than half an hour earlier.
I’ve got four velux which windows, two of them are at least 20 years old but still work as they did when first installed. My recent experience was with velux blinds, we love them but had an issue with one, we contacted velux, they were very helpful & after some checking that I’d fitted them correctly they sent me a replacement. First class customer service, thanks.
I was nervous about buying and installing these, though really pleased with both the product and how simple they were to put up :)
