As usual, kept up to date with delivery time, prompt service, dependable product with a second to none service. I would recommend this company for its dependable product and service and old fashioned approach to customer service with a no quibble professional approach.
The only issue I had and it’s something that really needs fixing is that when picking a customised colour and entering a RAL code your system did not work and was very frustrating! Your customer service team were very helpful but the process took me hours going round in circles. Please look at changing this part of your website as it is not user friendly at all. Everything else was brilliant thank you
The box was containing the Velux was very damaged,and the delivery driver wouldn\'t help my wife to lift the Velux onto my front porch.
