What seems at first to be a complicated level of choice is made easy by excellent web design. I was also highly delighted with the product itself

Just received and installed three blinds for a standard velux as well as a Juliet style balcony (double) window. Excellent quality, easy to install and overall, great value for money. Wouldn\'t bother with any unbranded alternative as these are perfe ct and Velux knows what it is doing!
Easy to order, free delivery, good quality product, easy to install, (well, as easy as a roof blind can be) arrived relatively quickly, bought in a sale so good price, was replacing some solar ones from 15 years ago as one had broken, new design is slightly sleeker, new blind is slightly slower to open and close, maybe a slightly smaller motor is being used? Will see how they last compared to the older ones !
Really easy to order the right product using the code on the window. I was worried about whether I would measure correctly but I didn’t need to at all, and when the blind arrived it was the perfect right size - thank you
The website provided a pop up suggesting I bought mounting brackets for my new blinds. I did so, only to find these were included with the blinds. So the website was misleading - the pop up was unnecessary and the description of the blinds did not make it clear that mounting brackets would be supplied
Velux, why oh why do you not provide the T10 screwdriver with the product. I would imagine it would cost you next to nothing to buy these in bulk and then supply with the product. T10 screwdriver is not a tool that most people have (myself and all my neighbours included). To purchase one I had to take a two hour round trip to a DIY store. Not good enough Velux, think about your customers for the prices you charge you should ensure your customers have everything they need to fit the blind.
