I ruined one of the pair of click assembly blinds due to unclear ‘cartoon’ style instructions. Cost me over £150 to replace.
Outstanding design for the blackout blinds. Helpful website easily identifies the exact frame needed. I was surprised I could find a perfect fit for my quite old windows. Fast shipping and the instructions clear, there is a very helpful YouTube video made by Velux for this model. Took half an hour to install, just need a carpenter’s Awl that I bought from a hardware store for less than a fiver. Blinds look lovely!
The picture instructions are too basic. Needs more relating to pairing and Hi Lo calibration. Had to use YouTube to understand more.
Great product and easy to install; however, delivery was delayed and was over a week late.
