Delivery date was given at point order and ignored. Delivery was made on the default date given to me. When delivery came, DX left all packages outside my house for all to see. Not good.

Excellent ordering and delivery experience. Easy to fit when following velux enclosed instruction. Only just fitted,wife happy with appearance.

Ordered samples which is great to check colour as sometimes pictures don\'t always match

I think I have two comments. One is that instructions to remove the old blind are very poor especially when the screws are hard to remove. The second is that the new design is no where as \'black out\' as the old.

The Web site is so easy to use and order from . The blind came quickly. It is easy to install and use and good value for money. Very happy with my purchase.

First delivery I recieved,on of the blinds was damaged,I spoke to a lady from velux who was brilliant and tried to send me out a replacement blind,I was mean to receive this yesterday 3rd aug 2023 and still haven’t received it yet,cannot get in touch with the delivery company and the tracking for them is horrendous,saying it was signed for on Tues,then wed and back at the depot now.
