Instruction sheet in packaging not easy to locate - used instructions from website which did not correlate to my unit. Then found correct instructions. Which did not hel with the correct route for the cord to take And Very difficult to find the right tool to use on the tiny screws provided Blind now up but not smooth or best Do not know if that was me or the product - either way not good. The product was delivered on time and in good condition and correct for my window.

Installing the blinds is a bit of a fiddle (especially as they replaced non-standard ones which were falling apart) but the instructions were clear and the new blinds are performing well. Definitely needed the additional mounting kit as these blinds have a proprietary fixing system which they clip onto.
The instructions for the double blind could do with more explanation The first blind I put up was a real struggle until I watched the video You might like to suggest this The double channel bit makes it trickier! There was much sweat and tears!! The second one was much easier
