To be honest I haven’t fitted the blind yet. But the customer service is the best I have ever experienced and I have been in construction/fit outs for over 35 years.

Fantastic service. I had to call to get a replacement and the agent I spoke with was excellent. A credit to your company. I haven’t experienced customer service like that for a long time and it was a pleasure to purchase my blinds from you. Thanks
