Paid to have the blinds fitted by an independent fitter. They replaced damaged original ones
I had difficulty stretching the cords down, and had to make 2 attempts at assembly. I would also recommend much better quality screws, as the heads became burred very quickly.
We have still to receive our blinds, delivery expected around 11/08/23. Scores are reflected by this. The website was easy to navigate & fingers crossed there should be no issues, as such, had this been the case the ratings would have been higher.
On phone staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They explain things clearly so easy to understand. They make you feel like nothing is a bother and encourage you to call back if you have any problems.

A fantastic product. The \"velux\" windows were installed when we had our roof re-covered, by our roofer. He recommended the blinds and I self installed. Completely straight forward and very effective once fitted. Really cannot fault any of the products.
