They seem like a quality product versus none branded options I have purchased in the past, you just need more fabric options.
I had no reason to deal with customer services that is the reason for not completing this section but this is my first experience with Velux and was impressed with the overall service and product quality
I have no suggestions for improvement, I found what I needed and bought without problem. The delivery was prompt, I am satisfied. Thank You
Would not recommend the delivery company As they provided no tracking info until after the first attempt of delivery then said they couldn’t redeliver until the next working day which would have been according to them on the Monday but they did try to deliver again on the Saturday though was told it would be Monday so two attempted delivery failures but they did come on the Monday. If they had given me tracking number I would have tracked as the property was unoccupied at the time of deliver. Deliver was successful received on the Monday though.
As I still haven\'t received my order yet, I can\'t possibly rate you higher than zero. You haven\'t delivered. Your call - where is my Velux blind?
