Did find the installation instructions difficult to understand but found the Velux installation video online
I’ve only ordered a sample so far. I’m nervous about fitting the blind once it arrives, but will probably go ahead and order.

Instructions were not very clear. The blind didn\'t clip into I didn\'t have 2 hand free. Screws would not go directly into wood, needed a drill. So I ordered the blind think I should be able to fit them as I would have 2 hands free and I didn\'t need a drill. In the end had to pay a handyman to fit them. If inf. Had been more accurate I wouldn\'t have bought the blind due to the extra expense. Very disappointed
The box it arrived in was in poor shape. The blind itself had a problem that I needed to fix before successfully installing it (basically one of the string was tangled up at the bottom of the blind) and the side bars are not a great fit to my window and could not reuse my existing one. Expensive for what I ended up with really!
you informed me that the blind was going to be delivered and I stayed at home all day. It wasn\'t delivered and the tracking gave no details as to where it was, and no card was put through my door. I did however receive an email that it had been delivered so it was all very confusing. I requested a redelivery as I had no idea if that would happen automatically or not (again, no information on the tracking site) and when the blind was delivered the packaging is all ripped and open.
