Colours are very limited and not easy at all to judge. Free samples would help and more choices
All your products were not available on the website, also it was difficult to figure out the blinds for certain types of windows.
The blind was a replacement for one where the guidewires had broken. It wasn\'t quite so easy as described to fit, but the main issue for us was that two of the screw holes in the side peices did not align up precisely with the ones from the pieces we had taken out and we had to go back to reusing the original side pieces - they were ever so slightly offset, meaning that, had we redrilled, the hole would have been too big to hold the screw securely. The other 2 matched up precisely, so it wasn\'t an issue of the side peices not being positioned properly. This was a BIG disappointment becuase I wanted white sides rather than the aluminium. The delivery details were also frustrating - not only the long lag time, but I had one email saying 5th April, then a second saying 9th April. The blind arrived, unexpectedly on the 5th...

I am awaiting a return call from Customer Services, but the product sent does not fit my window and is missing one of the fittings to install.
The blinds were faulty and did not work. Whilst Velux agreed to send replacements, they would not pay to have these installed nor did they arrange to take away the faulty products. This is simply unacceptable for products of this price range. We\'re extremely unhappy and will be back in touch to speak to a Director. Not good enough!
