I called twice to speak to someone in customer service. Waited over 10 minutes each time and hu g up. Ordered 5 sample blind fabrics through your website and received 3, two of which were the same !! Not impressed.
Delivery was held up and tracking was no available but after speaking to customer services the issue was resolved and items were delivered the following day. :-)
I cannot comment positively as I have not received the blind yet. I have the delivery note dated 11th August 2023 but no blind so far! If I ever receive the blind I will comment further on its quality and suitability. Graham Smith
The screws included to fit the side runners required a non-standard star-shaped screwdriver head which meant I had to spend £10 on a drill driver set of bits before I could fit them. Think at the price the correct screwdriver should be included in the package.
Nice design, well manufactured and easy to install. Liked the throwaways to make installation much easier
