Delivery was over a period of days with two blinds arriving one week and the other the week after. The three plastic spacers that we had to buy at a horrendous price of £27!!! really should have been included with the window blind as they cant be fitted without them. Windows though are the Rolls Royce of windows. These blinds are for windows fitted in 1989 and still work perfectly.

Just installed the blind as per instructions and the blind will not go back up, there appears to be no back tension in the blind, blind will need to be replaced as soon as possible. Just finished decorating the bed room for guests this weekend. I have installed a velux blind before and it lasted 20 year, the new one was to replace the old one. Please get back to me as soon as possible with a new blind or how to fix blind.

I ordered the wrong blind but your customer service person sorted out a return and refund and also encouraged me to reorder quick as a discount was available. Best ever customer service from anyone.

Product is very poor, customer service is diabolical and technical support was “give each side a shake and a whack” Unbelievable, will be uploading to trustpilot with photos.
