Still not received blinds. Said 1-2 days and went back to Royal Mail 15 miles away! Why not local sorting office. Better idea to check received before sending out a questionnaire!
We ordered colour samples for blinds. They arrived promptly and free of charge. We will be ordering the blinds in the near future.
I\'ll always buy Velux Binds for Velux Windows. They are quite expensive, but worth the extra expense for the quality of the materials and the ease of fitting. They also work well and last.
A little pricey for what is is but then again is a brilliant product so you get what you pay for.
There was a hiccup with the delivery, the courier went to the wrong road and returned the product to Velux but it was delivered on the second attempt. Removing the old broken blind was not at all straightforward, even looking at guidance on utube was not very clear. After a lot of persuasion with a screw driver the old blind cassette released from the top brackets and thereafter it was plain sailing.
