My blind arrived earlier than the estimated delivery but I had to wait several days for the separate fixing connections needed because my window did not have them fitted originally. I’m pleased I got the Velux blind it’s a much better job than others I’ve seen. Works great and looks good. I got the code still visible on my old window and ordered the appropriate blind, no measurements needed and it fits perfectly.

My blackout blind has a small pinprick hole in it. It took such a long time to install that I don\'t want to return it. Do you have any repair options for me?

Because I was ordering a replacement item as previous window blind (15 years old) the website made it easy once I found the code! However whet it failed to tell me was that the replacement would have a different/updated code.... so I thought initially I had recieved the wrong item! The replacement also had different fittings and operates differently which isnt neccesarily an issue as long as I remember to inform any guests (blinds are in guest room). The blind does fit and operates perfectly...
