Instead of just using codes to order the site should say what size that represents eg xx cm x yy cm. I recently ordered a blind for an old window and what I received was nothing like what I needed.

Very helpful customer support when I was dealing with removing a v old Velux blind

Ordered 2 blinds, easy to order and arrived promptly. Installed the first one, only once the blind was installed and pulled down to close did we find there were two dirty marks (looked like blood) and a design flaw in the actual fabric. Managed to clean most of the marks off, pity about the flaw but too much of a mission to remove and send back - couldn’t wait for another one. The second blind was in perfect condition.

Use a different carrier to Parcelforce - Evri or UPS much better

I would have given a 10 for quality of product but there was a small hole in the blind, only visible once it was up and the daylight was behind it. Call handler arranged for delivery of a replacement. This was handled efficiently and without quibble.

excellent product , very clear instructions and on line videos on Youtube, very cleaver and well thought out design for even someone with minimal DIY skills to install.
