Velux is a company that we have bought items from for years. Service is excellent, queries are answered promptly and efficiently, the products are good quality and the delivery is efficient. There is no correspondence on delivery date I received a delivery note for the item that arrived 5 days later this should be changed to a dispatch note with an estimated arrival time on it. I went knocking doors to see if it had bee delivered to a neighbour. Product as always are brilliant it’s only a minor point but if I think that so could others
