From technical support for guidance and help centre all staff were excellent either when speaking via telephone or email. My only point which is very minor, delivery was in several stages. Maybe point that out as I thought parts had not been posted when they had. Otherwise, fantastic company with excellent products and support. Well done as others could learn!
Installation of the blind was not as easy as it was made out to be and looks like it could be prone to damage if installation steps were not carried out precisely.
Product is great. Delivery was quick. Customer Service answered my questions via Email quickly. Only criticism I have is: I had qty 3 blinds to install and the small screwdriver handle supplied really hurts your hand as it is cross shaped at the end, would be much better with a rounded end. Other than that: Absolutely brilliant! Many thanks
I’ve not received my parcel but yet it’s been noted as delivered, signed with a person that didn’t order or live on my address. customer service only available Mon - Fri - 16:30 so I have to wait till Monday.
Before you send a survey first deliver the item and not only a bit of it. I have not received the blind only the brackets have come.SEND ME THE BLIND I PAID FOR. Thanks
