My blinds took 3 weeks to arrive and after installing there was a manufacturing issue, meaning I now need a replacement.

The instructions for the blind were excellent but a link to a good YouTube video showing how to install would be even better. The instructions for the replacement fixings were fine but could have included instructions on how to remove existing fixings where they exist. I just prizes existing clips off with a flat head screwdriver and that works fine.

Slight scratch on the aluminium but otherwise a fantastic product and very easy to fit the scratch was likely caused during transportation as the packaging was damaged in the same area as the scratch .

the little adaptor keeps jumping off the blind. The actual design leads to this. I got an experienced velux fitter to help me. But the blind should be designed so that an additional adaptor is not required.
