Called customer service twice to sort out two large windows recently installed by builders (who had left no instructions or proper set up) Velux customer service was brilliant- helpful, patient, knowledgeable- everything now sorted out- windows fully functioning- thank you! Excellent!

Changed my battery powered black out blind, very pleased with new design. No more climbing up ladders to change batteries.
A delivery date was set this was not kept the item was sent via Parcelforce who didn\'t deliver until 3 failed delivery dates and times given and having to wait in it is a terrible service and no satisfactory answer given by either Parcelforce or Velux just sorry but nowadays sorry no longer washes only action.
The precision of these windows and their blinds are perfect. Whoever it is who designs and makes these- 10/10
