I\'m still waiting for my blinds to be delivered. I couldn\'t find out anything about the delivery on TNT\'s track and trace. Very frustrating.
Excellent and professional customer service. I wish all companies I deal with have the same customer service as Velux. Please keep it up.
I shouldn\'t have to throw away a perfectly serviceable blind because the chords wore out and new ones cannot be supplied or fitted.
I\'ve taken the day off work to wait in for a delivery. It says they\'ve attempted 3 hours ago. I don\'t know who\'s door they knocked on or but it wasn\'t mine.
