The Maintenance kit (ZZZ 220) took 9 days to be delivered which seems quite a long time. The information on the order form said different delivery times. In one place it said it would be delivered on 5 December, in another it place said delivery would be 12-13 working days and in another place it said delivery would be 4 -5 working days. It is confusing to get so many different delivery times for the same order so it would be helpful if this could be changed on the order form to be a consistent delivery time. Also the enclosed leaflet was not easy to follow. I had to look for a video on Youtube to show me how to install the Maintenance kit. However, once I\'d watched the video, the maintenance kit was easy to install and seems to have made a huge difference to my 3 velux windows as there has been no condensation on the inside of them since, despite some very cold nights.

I only ordered fabric samples which arrived promptly. I will be ordering a blind when plastering and decorating has been done in the New Year.

We purchased the telescopic pole and adaptor (ZOZ 805) for manual operation of the blinds but the latter don\'t function very well as the pole doesn\'t appear to catch it sufficiently. Also the installation instructions could add that the side frames are a lot easier to fit if the Velux window is open, as there not a lot of manoeuvrability...

Unfortunately the package was badly damaged on receipt but luckily the contents were ok. Dissapointed that I had to replace a complete blind when it was just a broken string.

Hi, happy with the product though we haven’t fitted it yet. Re: the website, I found it difficult to select the colour of the blackout blind we choose, eventually just defaulting to the white. However, my main issue was with your delivery service. I waited in for Parcelforce to deliver on the promised date. After no show found a tracking note saying couldn’t locate address ( honestly, we’re not too hard to find). It was extremely difficult to to contact them and when I did their customer service wasn’t particularly helpful. Eventually the redelivered to a post office and we collected from there. Not a good experience.

I needed individual help in choosing which product and then a lot of help in programming it. The customer service team were amazingly patient and helpful.
