Website made ordering the correct blinds for my windows very simple. Delivery was timely and well packaged. Installation Instructions could be better but overall after the first blind was installed the other 2 went very quickly.

One of the 4 blinds I ordered didn’t arrive, however on contacting Velux the person looked into the matter right away, emailed me within the hour and organised a replacement. Very impressed with how the matter was resolved.
