The blind arrived in good time but no bracket came with it. It was ordered at the same time that was an add on. Trying to figure out how to put the blind up after awhile we figured it out the bracket was missing no explanation that it was coming separately. So we ordered a second one. Then it arrived 3 days later. I then emailed the company about what had happened with in days a refund was offered so all in all great experience
