On Youtube I saw that you send a special screw driver but there wasn’t one in these oacks and it was hard to find one that fitted. Why wasn’t there one included???
I ordered 2 blinds at the end of November..they apparently went missing, the order was resent, arriving Christmas week…I don’t know what the quality or anything else is like , I’ve been too busy.

Please stop using pictures. They are useless. Words are the way to explain how thigs work. My blind is still not operational after a week.

Although even with discount, quite expensive, that said the quality Product of manual & solar black out blinds is first class and very easy to install.
I needed a replacement blind as one broke just within the 3 yr warranty period and the process of doing this was so easy and straightforward - new blind in place for Christmas visitors staying with us, so that was brilliant - thank you! Excellent and courteous service.
