I ordered and paid for an additional fitting kit which was mailed separatly, but the same pieces came in the box with the blind. So it looks like I didn\'t need to order and pay for the additional pieces.

I wanted to buy velux but likely to seek an alternative. Website is very very poor.
The price of the velux service kit is remarkably high, considering the simple contents. It is useful but it is not good value.
If we moved we would order again as described well packaged excellent product well worth what we paid.
Creased blind and very unhelpful customer service staff who basically said to keep the new blinds closed for 2-3 weeks while the creases hopefully fall out. Not happy with the blinds or customer service who basically wouldn’t accept a return and refund. Very poor company
