We fitted today, the translucent, I had hoped for more filtered light, an app function to give you an approximation of the blind finish in a room would be very helpful. Disappointed with our choice, which was best guess
Our delivery was damaged. Velux staff didn’t seem surprised or interested and ordered a replacement which would take a further two weeks. This meant that the plans we had to decorate a restaurant on for Christmas were affected. We used the damaged blind in the end.
Delivered well before estimated delivery date. Installation very easy to understand and product well above expectations. Super efficient and thermal blinds well worth the cost.
The blinds don’t move up and down smoothly and had to be taken out and refitted. Still are very difficult to open and shut. Very frustrating.
Very knowledgeable lady that I spoke to and item arrived 2 weeks sooner than I expected.
It\'s hard to install and the stated screw fixing PZ2 doesn\'t work easily with the screws supplied.
