Knowing that I would be away on the 3rd January , I requested , when I ordered, that both items be delivered on the 5th. I actually received the blind on the 27th Dec, luckily we were at home, and the pole on the 3rd, when we weren’t. I suggest that you make not of customers delivery requests, We are happy with the quality of both the pole and blind
