Ordered wrong blind however return process is convoluted, slow and difficult. Returns documentation generated but so far no collection by courier.

Ordered blind from you a few years ago very easy to fit and great quality. The one I recently ordered was a nightmare to fit, very unclear instructions and very poor quality it’s up now but in a spare room that won’t be used much otherwise I don’t think it would last long. It doesn’t close and open smoothly at all keeps sticking. Certainly wouldn’t order any more or recommend to anyone nothing like the other one we have!
Stunning design and a step by step installation leaflet that was very clear and easy to understand. Total blackout as well with no light at all getting through.
