The only downfall was that the delivery company didn\'t communicate with me and my product arrived early and I wasn\'t notified so the blinds sat outside my front door instead of a safe space I normally use for deliveries that arrive when I\'m not home. Otherwise, the product is fantastic and very easy to install!
It was an easy process to make the order but needed a little help from the customer support team as I had questions that the website didn\'t answer. The team was very responsive to my enquiry and the matter was sorted quickly. Thank you!
Quality product, well worth the cost, but not aware delivery involved long delays in transit.
Very surprised that the blind arrived in just a branded outer box. Our order arrived with a noticeable hole in the packaging exposing the silver surround of the blind. Thankfully the frame was not harmed. Whilst I appreciate the need to reduce packing for environmental reasons if this then exposes the fragility of the product to more harm you are at risk of more returns / costs of replacement orders. A further layer of recyclable packaging could help prevent this, once the blinds enter the delivery process.
I was told it was easy to fix. It wasn’t. Screws too tiny and no mention of needing an Allen key. Every hole position was different to the last model.
