I bought 2 blackout blinds about 12 years ago and the design has now changed but not for the better. The mitre cuts on the new ones were a fraction off. The previous design didn\'t have mitre cuts and was better.

Website was excellent in showing product and also video about how to fix the blind in place. The blind was very well packed and fixing it in place was very easy too. Thinking now of getting blinds for the rest of our 9 Velux windows, when the next sale is on :-). Can highly recommend the venation blinds.

Was pretty awkward screwing in the nails plus I don\'t know if I did it wrong but it\'s pretty stiff and doesn\'t go all the way down, there\'s a tiny line at the end that doesn\'t close by overall happy with the product

We have still to install the blind as it is being taken to another property we own but I was very impressed with the ease of ordering and the delivery.

It should have been mentioned that older VELUX windows would have different fittings to the ones attached to the new blinds. I thought the service was slow and delivery of the correct fittings slow too for what I would think to be a standard product. The customer service man I spoke to was very helpful. I did have to get the ladders and climb up to show him the existing fittings and number plate, which was tricky without someone to hold the base of the ladder.

Velux as a company first class, Delivery company not the best took three attempts to deliver even though had clear instructions what to do!
