You used Parcel force 24 Express but it took 7 days to arrive. Your customer service advisor when I queried whether the order was going to be delivered on saturday (unlikely where I live) promised to come back to me. When I received no call I rang you back on Friday afternoon only to find you close at midday!! If you have parcels out for delivery (especially with Parcel Force!!) should you not have a customer service support? available? Promised much - delivered little

Easy to find what I needed, ordering was smooth and easy process and quick delivery with good communication.

Had a problem with the flashings - I thought these had been included as they were selected on the website but apparently there is another box to tick to order them. Customer Service were great when I called and shipped the units by return but the clarity of the website could be much improved.

The address input system for delivery is shocking and only allowed 3 characters. Would select our address but on delivery was missing the first line of address

I am still waiting on someone to contact me about a return product. It has now been over two weeks and I’ve not heard anything. I’ve emailed to try and chase. Very disappointing.

I still haven\'t received my item. Parcel force didnt attempt to deliver but claimed they did. I am not able to collect from a post office.
