Our only (minor) criticism was that we would have preferred some written instructions for installation to supplement the pictures. We installed one of our blinds incorrectly and had to unscrew everything and start again!
We had previously purchased 2 of the same blinds so had the product number, otherwise I think it wasn\'t easy to find the exact product
My window is is nearly 40 years old, but parts are available, fit perfectly and look great
We were impressed by the level of service , help & guidance during the phone call to customer services. We bought replacement controllers which are very straightforward to set up. They are also easy to use. Cannot comment on reliability or durability yet, as too early. The windows & blinds are now 8 years old & we are very happy with indeed. However, the price quoted on the email (£90) sent to us was not the same as the website (£110).
