Customer service very helpful. But replacing old blind with latest version very awkward as advisor admitted. Instructions provided totally inadequate as wording essential.
So easy to take photo of the window numbers to know what blind size to order. Easy to order. Deliver was made a few days earlier than expected.

Only informed on the day of delivery that the items was coming so was not home. Need more time to plan and be there for delivery of large/multiple items
The wrong sized product was delivered. It is too short length wise. I ordered GGL MK04 and received GGL M04.
