I was so impressed with the service and the fact that a very affordable replacement was available for the remote control. The instructions were very clear and questions answered fully and were easy to understand. I have never had such excellent service. Thank you.
I wish you’d have a short explanation on your electric blinds installation instructions stating the last page was to plug in the power supply. That you needed to manually open the window to get it through 90’, and that the reset switch is a dummy on the mains powered version. The customer service rep from Scotland sorted the query out but had a very condescending tone and left me feeling quite annoyed even a few days later.
We had a bit of trouble with ordering the product on the website however did had prompt help and managed to order without much hassle.
The product is exceptionally good and when I had an issue with it I was treated very well and a replacement was sent to me
