You make a note that if mounting brackets Z0Z 230 are missing from your roof window the brackets are required to complete installation. I then purchased them at £5.18 only to find they came with the roller blind. This was a expensive not needed. This should be adjusted on your Web site. Can I have a refund. Thanks Paul
I contacted by e mail and the response was really quick even over the weekend. The advice and guidance given was excellent. My husband has fitted the blind (he\'s not the best at diy!) He said it was easy. The instructions were really clear and easy to follow. It took him about 30 minutes from unpacking it to it being up and working.
I found the site very difficult to use . I wanted to see what blind options were available to me for the windows I wanted to order. The site was far from intuitive and the options available seemed to be different depending on how I had accessed the selection tool. Perhaps it\'s an age thing. The Velux agents who helped me were great and they had a good knowledge of the quirks of the site - thank goodness. I did manage to order (and receive) some swatches of blind material to help make my choice. Regrettably, the fabric I wanted wasn\'t available for my chosen blinds.
Neat design, easy to install, good value for money and it does what I wanted it to do,
As the old saying says, you get what you pay for, this product is dearer than others but worth the money,
