Simple ordering process and installation was straightforward. However it woul have been useful to have an instruction regarding the removal of the old blind cassette. I searched the web and found that a good pull was all that was required.

Fabulous product and a very easy website to navigate. I’ve been putting off buying this blind as I thought it would be expensive then have to pay somebody to install it. However, with the video tutorials I found the installation simple enough. I wish I had bought this years ago.
