I have ordered this item previously, replacing 2 blinds over 10 years... this one was very poorly finished, and the mitred corners badly cut. I was very disappointed as I have been pleased in the past. Also, it came from Fife at most a 2 hour drive, so the delivery was dismally slow at 10 days.

I've used Velux in the past and have always found the process of ordering and installing parts and blinds extremely easy. When I needed to contact Customer Support, I've found the agents friendly, courteous and professional.

Very good product but a shocking delivery service. A month later and I haven’t received 90% of my order because it’s been lost during delivery
