Velux equipment is both reliable and well designed. Very impressed how you still hold spares and upgrades regardless the age of the window. Customer support second to none.
Unfortunately Parcelforce took my blind on a trip around the UK before delivering!!!! Hence it took a week to arrive.
We had a problem connecting our electric blind, my husband spoke to customer services about the issue and they walked through everything we needed to do, when that didn\'t work they video called to check what else could be done until the issue was rectified. Never had service like that before it was fantastic!
