In all I could not recommend this product more, the website was extremely easy to order from, the instructions to put the blinds up were clear and even for an older person, easy to put up. Wonderful product and just was I expected when I ordered
I\'m surprised that the latest blind I purchased appears to have returned the operation of the blind to a pull up / pull down, rather than a tilt and pull down design. The new blind however was far easier to install than before ( whether the previous comment has anything to do with that? ). Also it isn\'t very clear regarding colour choices on the website and cross checking colours you may have already purchased previously. I purchased my latest blind thinking it was the same colour as existing blinds, only to find it wasn\'t. There is nothing on the blind ( ie. reference code ) to identify the colour so it makes it difficult to match having bought the previous blinds some time ago.
Just fantastic and friendly service with great advice, really good to experience a company with a supportive rather than obstructive team, very well done keep up the great service it is really appreciated
Extremely difficult to install No written instructions Photos not clear Now badly fitted and not working Brackets sent separately and arrived days later but no mention of this so had to call and chase up Having used other brands I found them so much easier to install Feel really dissatisfied with end result given money paid unfortunately
The delivery date was advised but no options available if I was planning to be out. I contacted Velux by email and they phoned me back - excellent customer service but shouldn\'t have been necessary
