Blinds exceptionally easy to fit which is a real bonus on larger windows. One slight improvement would be an outer box to the packaging to prevent any damage in transit
Arrived in less days than originally quoted. They were straightforward to put up and we\'re really impressed with the look/style of the pleated blinds.
Had a problem with one blind that I ordered (faulty) but had a replacement sent out next day, arrived when velux said it would, and now am completely satisfied!

The blind doesn’t actually work, because the spring does not work inside the spool so that it does not retract. I have sent an email to you, but you have not responded in the timeframe that you promised you would.
