Instructions for fitting a bit vague , got there in the end & new design of blind much better & it’s fab , but it took awhile to fit !

After I emailed with my enquiry your staff took the time to actually call me rather than just email. Such a friendly and helpful response. My very small order for just 2 replacement remotes was handled about it were a mega order. Keep up the good work

I ordered some colour samples so can\'t leave feedback on the quality of Velux blinds, however I will consider buying from you when I\'m ready for a new blind.

The instructions for the ‘solar’ panel did not match my product. However on inspection of the window blind ‘cassette’ it was obvious where the photovoltaic collector was situated.
