Product and website all great. Let down by hassle around delivery by Parcelforce which was awful. Took four days for me to find the blind at the SW London depot (not near or easy to find) when not delivered at my house or at any local post office which I had specified. Card left had no information other than my first name and the number of my house. The depot was difficult to find and a long wait while they located the parcel. Meanwhile very inconvenient with no blind on window and workman waiting for it. The customer service lady did phone them and tried to help but they gave her wrong information. Next time I would rather have the option to pay more for DPD than go through that again.
